Bernadette came to our house to answer all of our questions we had about selling our home.  This was done during the biggest snowfall of the year and so we knew she meant business and she would do her best to represent us. It was a buyers market, and we knew that there could be a good chance of being underpriced and maybe not under ideal subject conditions, so it was safe to say that we were a bit worried. Nearly two weeks later, we sold at an excellent price (higher than expected), with ideal conditions that accommodated our kids school. We were ecstatic about the sale of our home.
